These next three weeks are going to be Hell.  I have lots to do in almost every class.  Now, I know I'll get it all done, but there might be some freak outs along the way.  As is college.  And now, Christmas Break will be that much better!  However, not all is bad.  There is a new source of happiness which has appeared, and I'm pretty happy about that.  Don't mean to sound cryptic there, lol.

Let's see... What else?  Uhmm, nothing...

Tonight was awesome!!!  First, I had a great Thanksgiving dinner w/ my whole family at my grandma's house.  Yummy!  Then me, Laura, Timmy, and Brian met at IHOP.  I had some pumpkin pancakes.  Double Yummy!  Then we saw Rent, and it was really great.  One of those life-affirming kind of movies.  It also added to that popular feeling as of late that I've had about love and really wanting love/relationship.  Then we drove by Best Buy, and there were lots of people camping out, prepared for Black Friday.  Them's crazy, yo!  Once again, great night.  Hope everyone had a good one, too.

O yea, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAURA "BIG NASTY" ANDERSON!!!!

Ok, I decided not to let the blog die.  It was a close call.  I really just don't feel the need to spill my beans to the invisible readers in internet land.

Let's see what I have to mention.  Today a tornado almost hit, but it didn't bother me too much.  It was kind of fun.  We also got our schedules, and that excites me b/c I got 4 awesome classes, and I am w/ friends in many of them!!! Here's the schedule:
COMM 237     FILM AND CULTURE
ENG  151A    LIT AND INTERPRETATION
ENG  155C    TPS:FANTASY & HORROR LIT
SOC  100C    CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY
It's going to be tons of reading, but they are great classes!

What else?  Monon weekend was fun.  Read Laura or Katie's blog for the details.  It was a nice chill time among a whole lot of drunks.  One bad thing about Monon was the amount of homophobic language surrounding the game and the leading up to the game.  We have shirts that say "Wabash loves cock."  So... What's wrong with that?  A lot of girls and guys do, too.  Also, there were some idiot grads yelling words like "fa**ot" and "queer,"  and that is not cool at all.  I think I might write a letter to the editor of the newsletter expressing my thoughts.

Hmmm, I lost elections on cabinet at Fiji.  That's kind of disappointing, but then again, it's a little bit of a relief b/c now I won't have as much responsibility, and I won't have to censor myself.

Last thing I think:  So I really want to start the hunt for some kind of relationship or at least some kind of connectiong.  I'm going to have to recruit a team of helpers, and it may be a search with no hope, but oh well.  I'm just sick of not having one and having to hear about other's.  We'll see how all of that goes.

Well, life is pretty good.  I love my friends pretty much all of the time, lol.  I love school, kind of.  I'm excited for Thanksgiving break.

O, last thing, some great new music I've been listening to: Brian Eno, the new Madonna cd, underground hip hop like Sole, Sage Francis, and cLOUDEAD, Aphex Twin, Vashti Bunyan, the Velvet Underground soundtrack, and one of my new faves: Why? (that's the actual name, and he is a folk hop indie hybrid act, may sound kind of dumb, but it's sooooo good.)

Ok, hope you got this far.  Leave comments, and I'll continue to write more entries!

Life is good.  Back at school.  Busyness ensues.  Happiness reigns.  Stress is there.  Smile.

O, it just registered with me that I initially came out of my mother.  Isnt' that crazy?  We were all babies in our mom's bellies.  I think it's pretty amazing.
